Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fitness center was well-equipped.
Disliked: The rooms were not work-friendly. The first one I was assigned had no desk, and when I requested a different room, the desk had no power outlets. Generally, the hotel appeared to be understaffed, with no one seating guests at the restaurant or bar area.

Liked: Toilet ran requiring maintenance. Air conditioning did not work and required maintenance between 2:30am-3:30am. Purchased room on line (no answer with direct booking attempt). Supposed to get free breakfast but since did not show up on final reservation told would not honor since made by outside service. Overall not your best work.

DOUBLETREE hits the Mark!

Liked: Everything was above and beyond for what we needed! Great location and close to the family we were visiting. The warm cookies were AWESOME! We will stay again and let other family visiting KC to stay here as well.

Liked: The location was nice and so was the staff
Disliked: The overall hotel for cost was disappointing to say the least. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room like there was supposed to be. Overall I was extremely disappointed with the amount of money I paid for this “luxury hotel” when it was more like an outdated one star hotel.

Disliked: Something about the place made me a have a major panic attack. Clerk told me we would not be charged for the day but would have to contact you regarding the second day. I sent a message thru your portal and it said you contacted the hotel. Hotel said they did not know anything about it and I did not have a reservation. Therefore, if there is a charge, I will be contesting it with my card.
