Liked: Lady was very kind when we first went in
Disliked: The guy after the lady wasn't very pleasant.Also, the lobby smelled really bad of body spray the next day, I couldn't stay for breakfast.

Comfortable and pleasant.

Liked: The unit was comfortable and had a modern look. Generally pretty quiet. The breakfast at the restaurant was decent.
Disliked: I think it’s crazy paying for parking. It’s free in lots of nice hotels in Richmond and Victoria. No excuses for a place like Kamloops. The TV was big and the satellite channels are ok, but these days clients expect a TV to be able to link with their devices so they can steam their own content ( I couldn’t cast from my iPad or use my Amazon Firestick). The bathroom was clean, but the shower drain could use a cleaning (it was pretty slow).

Discapointed. Not worth the extra...

Disliked: The room was fine. Not special. Bathroom was old and tired. Bed was way too soft and hurt our backs. Pillow were way too solf and hurt our necks. It was way too hot in the room and we were uncomfortable.
