Overall stay was delightful. My husband and I were looking forward to some type of continental breakfast and was a little disappointed. We did love the mattress :) and the facility upgrades.

Liked: Updated facility.
Disliked: Bathroom shower design did not keep water from escaping the shower area - had a hard time keeping floor dry and free of water.

My 7th floor room was very clean and comfortable. I was a little disappointed there was no refrigerator but maybe I didn't book the right room. As morning approached, I really could hear a lot of traffic noise and some construction. Overall, a pleasant experience, though.

Board walk will be great when construction/repairs are completed. Location is a plus.

Liked: Love the view of river. Very nice staff. Water Taxi is great way to get across the river.

Disliked: Poor value for money. Not very clean and room was run down. Personally, I do not think thr Hotel deserves a 4 star rating. Renovation is needed. Breakfast was expensive and not that many options.

Liked: The view was magnificent. Minutes from anything you need to do in Jacksonville. Staff was super nice.
Disliked: Rm 604. Sliding door took two people to open it. (Next door sliding door worked perfectly). Linen on bed had spots on them. Took Hilton hotels by a big landslide cause their name shouldn't have been on that

Liked: Breakfast and pool. The front desk staff were awesome in their greetings and handling business
Disliked: Unclean woke up to a swollen face and bite marks on neck, chest legs, arms dirty iron and board left a markon my dress, floor rug was filthy, linen mat on bed hadn't been changed before arrival and sheets were not turned over until requested, had to go to the front desk for towels, no shuttle had to pay uber to go back and forth over the bridge no microwave or refrigerator had to store meds in a small cooler and no cookie smh
