Super friendly staff-comfortable stay

Liked: We really liked our stay! It’s rare that I give a 10/10 rating, but the staff here truly made the experience exceptional. While the hotel itself isn’t the most high-end and could use a bit more attention to bathroom cleanliness, the warmth and helpfulness of the team more than made up for it.From check-in to checkout, the vibe was welcoming and relaxed. I forgot my headphones after we checked out, and when I called the next day, they immediately offered to mail them to me. Catherine at the front desk was super friendly, and Tammy helped arrange the shipping—just one small example of how accommodating they are.They really made our Huntington vacation more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Disliked: Room 413 door plate needs addressed. It only has one screw in it and is loose. In room microwave would have been nice. Self parking option would be good to have.
