Underwhelmed

Disliked: The room was under whelming, no welcome pack or information regarding the hotel, the room was basic and with an ajoining door, as a solo female it did take me a few nights to settle. I expected much more but was sadly disappointed. The food in the restaurant was average, again expected much higher quality although the service was good.

Bad

Disliked: I am writing to bring to your attention a few issues my family and I have experienced during our 2-night stay at your hotel. On the second night, we were disturbed by loud music, which seemed to be coming from the hotel bar, restaurant, or a wedding event. I made measurements of decibels and it is was 78dB. The noise continued into the late hours and significantly affected our ability to relax and get a good night's sleep.We chose your hotel for a peaceful and restful stay, but this disturbance has not allowed my family to enjoy our experience fully. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant environment for all guests.Additionally, we encountered issues with the housekeeping service. Our room was not cleaned properly; the bedding was merely turned to a different side rather than changed, and stains were found by my wife. There was also no evidence of vacuum cleaning being done.I hope you will take these concerns seriously and take the necessary actions to improve the experience for us and future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to a prompt resolution. ‎
