Commercialized franchised Hotel could be...

Disliked: AC in bedroom was super dry and the controls made no difference I woke up at 2am with a dehydrated head and couldn't fall asleep again.Breakfast was budget motel standard.

Liked: Gorgeous as you would expect, but the staff were amazing. I had an unfortunate incident whilst I was visiting Hull and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was okay. Much appreciated.

Liked: It's almost perfection here, I always stay here should I come to hull, beautiful Christmas decor, beautiful room and facilities

second stay here!

Liked: the rooms are always immaculate it's super close to the center, the 24/7 reception makes check in and out super swift and the staff are greatstayed in a higher floor this time which was lovely
Disliked: the view out if the window on the 5th floor wasnt great just looking into another building, the lights are always a little confusing too
