Good in parts

Liked: Convenient city centre location private secure parking, very comfortable indeed great facilities
Disliked: Restaurant experience was atrocious especially since it has Marco Pierre white connotations. Dreadfully slow lunch waited well over 50 mins for it to arrive having ordered 12.35 arrived about 13.50. Very good food when it did arrive. Dining experience even worse booked for 7pm one course cod and lentils with side order of green beans. Food arrived overcooked dry and probably been sitting under the hot lamp forgotten two men who arrived after me ordered after me received their food at least 10 mins before me. Huge improvement required. Waitron Anna was the only saving grace from the meal debacle excellent customer care.

Comfortable hotel which was good...

Liked: The text asking me if all was ok in the room from your reception team. Quite room provided as requested.
Disliked: I found the room a little dark and the lighting cold have been better. I had to take my suitcase from the bedroom to the bathroom to look for items. not big issue but though I would let you know !

Short stay in hull.

Liked: Location, rooms are comfortable and clean. It’s nice to be in a hotel in hull that hasn’t been spoiled and somewhere that has a decent bar and lounge.
Disliked: I don’t understand why there’s not access direct from the car park into the hotel. You have to walk around the outside of the hotel, which when you have luggage isn’t easy. There’s doors into the car park, which could be used for guests. It really does need addressing.
