Very nice stay and exceptional...

Liked: Nice comfortable room.
Disliked: The road noise was rather loud. Could do with thicker double glazing.

Its a good value of...

Liked: Eassy access to town city and clean

Superb

Liked: All of the staff were very helpful, particularly the chef who made a meal, especially to meet my husband's dietary needs. The restaurant manager and staff were very helpful at breakfast and nothing was too much trouble
Disliked: Some small issues with our shower, but it was well designed and good water flow.

Liked: The staff were so friendly and kind. The hotel was so clean as were the bathroom and room.
Disliked: The mattress was too firm

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. I got an upgraded room at no extra cost and a discounted breakfast!
Disliked: The underground parking was quite expensive at £15 over night, apparently that is cheaper than anywhere else close by though. When I came back to the hotel Saturday night i was hoping to watch the golf but they didn't have sky sports or a sports channel.
