This was the worst hotel we ever stayed at - the air conditioning did not work and we asked 3 different times and no one came to fix it. It was 85 in the room - plus the toilet did not flush. Absolutely not worth the money I spent....very very very disappointed and was not even offered a refund or a free night. Terrible customer service.

Nice enough hotel, but our...
Liked: Was close to the airport, was relatively clean and moderately comfortable.
Disliked: The room was overlooking the highway and could hear and practically feel passing traffic all night long.

Disliked: To be honest, for the amount of money we paid for a room, I was expecting more. The room was a king size bedroom, but it was so small. The bathroom also was very small no room to move around in. But overall it was very clean. I will be staying again.

1 mile from pbi, great...
Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful.The location is 1 mile from the airport. It was very close to the Grandmarket which has lots of restaurants to eat from which we enjoyed. Also, the hotel complimentary warm cookie was amazing so good. The pool area is outdoors, so we didn't get to enjoy it this time due to chilly weather. FYI it's 4-6ft for those who have little kiddos
Disliked: The pullout sofa is extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping in a cardboard box. so if you have to use it just sleep on the floor. Also,I would have loved a microwave in the room instead of bringing to the main lobby to heat up. Also, bring your own drinks and snacks- the market is very expensive- $4 for a .25cent bag of chips. There is a wawa down the road.
