Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable and the cleaning staff and front desk staff were very helpful and nice.
Disliked: The parking was a weird and not a lot available without walking around the building. The Pool was supposed to be a heated pool, but it was freezing when asked a staff member he said it was set to 82 degrees but because there was a broken window it cooled the whole room and water temperature down. a simple fix would be to get a ladder and put plastic over the broken window on the inside and out at least until they could get the windowpane fixed. Having a heated pool was the main reason we chose this hotel because my 2-year-old granddaughter loves to swim. but was too cold to stay in the pool. Also, the Breakfast was roughly around $20 a person and it was the same breakfast you get for free at a comfort inn or lower budget hotel.
