Loved that it was walking distance to the BOK Center. Room was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Liked: Enjoyable experience.

Overpriced. But decent.

Liked: It was big and clean for the most part. It was in the center of everything. It was also right across the street fromThe convention center so we didn’t have to pay for parking twice.
Disliked: The elevators in the parking garage didn’t work, and the ones in the hotel took forever and didn’t always go to where it needed to. There was stains on the carpet. The water pressure in the shower was horrid. The tub wouldn’t drain very well. Everything was FAR too overpriced. They tried to charge me for parking after it said included on booking.com. Luckily we only got charged a cent each day instead of $28. The beds were uncomfortable.

Liked: The lobby was pretty. The pool and gym was okay.
Disliked: The breakfast was garbage and didn't have much to choose from. I paid 18 dollars a plate for some cheap powdered eggs and greasy sausage. I would've saved so much by going to IHOP! I thought the breakfast was included. It was a huge rip off. I will never go there again.

Disappointing

Disliked: Being trapped in the elevator was scary. We also didn't like the extra fees that were prompted or that the coffee pot didn't work at all. Mostly the elevator thing as it is controlled by a security feature we were not informed of so the elevator was just stopped mid building. Super fabulous.
