Disliked: The elevator wait time was lengthy, running from 10 min to a half hour.

Loved that it was walking distance to the BOK Center. Room was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Liked: It was close to the venue we were dancing at!
Disliked: The guy checking us in was not very nice should not be the person checking people in or out at the front counter. The bed comforters were nasty with black in them. Only one light worked in the room we told the front desk and they were supposed to have house keeping change it and it never happened.

Liked: I was supposed to get free breakfast for the world of wrestling and we were not on some list. We never got our breakfast.

Disliked: Shower didn’t work right. Thin walls could hear people above us. Parking cost didn’t know this. Food over priced at hotel restaurant.

Liked: I liked the staff.
Disliked: The room’s AC wasn’t working if I was going to stay- longer than one night or if it was mid summer I would have asked for a different room.

Liked: Location and room size.
Disliked: Parking was a hectic $28/ day and at no breakfast included, $168/night was not justified. When I arrived there, in front of all doors was the dirty laundry from previous guest. Not a nice view.
