Liked: Rooms nice and clean. Location very good . Good part of London. Staff very helpful and polite.
Disliked: Some maintenence work going on at the time for some hours during my stay

Lovely hotel but certainly had...

Liked: Breakfast wasn’t great value for the money. Lots of food no longer available especially the pancakes for the children, had to beg and plead with staff members to ask the chef to make some more, Even though there was another hour before service finished.
Disliked: Having to wait around a concierge to drop and pick our bags off as nobody was manning the desk.

It was ok but disappointed...

Disliked: The roof top bar ! Music too loud, so we sat outside, it was very grubby and needs a refurb. Table was very dirty, seat cushions had cigarette burns in and ash on and half the cushions missing , ash trays over flowing with cigarette butts. Bird poo on the glass and the steps need to be repaired.
