Overall it was an excellent...

Liked: Check in was quick. The staff were excellent from reception and through to the dining room staff. facilities were spot on. The breakfast options were very good and great quality.
Disliked: We booked the Executive Lounge upgrade, but the space was being refurbished. We had no advance notice of this.

Really fantastic

Liked: All staff, without exception were absolutely superb!
Disliked: One tiny stupid thin, but this makes it perfect - loads of litter on the roof that can be see when walking to the lifts - sadly looks like things thrown out of thew windows!

Exceptional

Great location, great stafff just...

Liked: Ideal location to our plans upon visiting London for the weekend. All staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Generally overall it was a pleasant room however the shower head was faulty, only one small bottle each, no extra blanket and the coffee facilities were in a draw which we did not realise until leaving so we thought there wasn’t any. Could do with a little more TLC in the rooms especially due to the price of staying there.
