Liked: Excellent breakfast, staff were wonderful.

Good

Very poor

Liked: Everything was dirty. The elevators were filthy. Our pillowcases were dirty. Nothing was clean.
Disliked: That nothing was clean they’re taken care of

Liked: Amazing staff, at reception, breakfast area and restaurant

Liked: Hotel was very clean.
Disliked: We only had decaffeinated coffee in our room.

Excellent

Liked: The food was wonderful, the bar was nice, the room was very large.
Disliked: Elevators aren't conveniently located. Balcony door lock hard to unlock. No make up remover wipes in room. Bathroom was small due to the separate sink and toilet areas

Exceptional

Liked: Very close to airport. Shuttle service began at 4:30 a.m. and we comfortably made a 5:40 flight.

Would of been better of...

Liked: Leaving the next day
Disliked: Everything was gross, and filthy. The beds made you itchy and the room smelled and was dusty and the sheets were not clean. The pool was nasty and stunk.
