Liked: Upon arrival I got told that I had no room as they were double booked. I am still waiting to receive a full refund. I have followed up about the refund but received no response.

Liked: Close to the galleria
Disliked: The hotel is dated. I thought we got upgraded to a suite, turns out everyone in my party goes suites too. LolRoom was not cleaned on our 3rd day. Fd said they’d check to see how long it will take hoiskeeking to get to our room , but never got a call back. Iron didn’t work. Ran out of body wash and when housekeeping delivered, he just handed me the bottle. I asked if he can put it for us, he said he didn’t speak English.

I will definitely be staying...
