Very friendly and courteous staff. The one negative was we couldn't get into our room until after 5:00, but I would definitely stay there again!

Disliked: Only had one bath towel for two people, so we had to request towel, and it was bought timely. Pillows and Mattress not comfortable. It difficult to control the temperature. It was hot in the room. The bathroom tub/shower looked like the grout was moldy as did the floor. We were to have a meeting at 12:00 at the hotel. We arrived early, so I checked to see if we could check in. I was talking to a person at check in about this when another employee interrupted me to say. Check in is at 3:00. I said I know when check in is. I am checking to see if our room is ready when the other employee comes back to say if it’s a king it’s not ready. The woman I was initially talking with was very nice, and informed me the room was not ready, so we left to go eat breakfast. After returning, the room was still not ready. After our meeting concluded our room was ready.

Overall the stay was good

Liked: The Hotel overall was very clean and welcoming. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Not that we didn't like it but the room we had was stated as having an accessible shower/tub. The tub/shower did have grab bars but the floor was slick and needed something on the floor for anti slip protection as there was nothing. My wife who has mobility issues was very uncomfortable showering on the slick floor.
