Liked: The clean of the bedroom and the place

Disappointed regarding the no spa...

Liked: The staff changed our room in a timely manner. There is no spa facilities as per the description on this site. A huge part of the decision to book was due to the attached spa facilities. The spa has not been open since Covid 2019. That information should be updated on booking.com.
Disliked: The first room did not have a working heater or working phone. It was 60 degrees upon entry and after almost an hour no heat from the heater. I could not call the front desk due to no dial tone on the phone. Walked down to Lobby to let the front desk know about this. Also learned there was no spa facilities as per the description of the hotel. False advertising. Very disappointed.

Charged for service dogs

Liked: Not that good because there charging 300.00 for service animals
Disliked: Being charged for service dogs (300.00) and duck crap everywhere

Liked: - clean - restaurant very good- nice welcome cookies - so lovely reception - a lot of parking lots
Disliked: Everything was great, clean and the receptionist was very nice and he gave me a delicious cookie after check in, the hotel was very clean, smelled good, the restaurant was great, but the only thing that really disturbed our rest was the cleaning staff knocking on the door to wake us up every hour since 9 am today to clean up for the next customer. I was very upset and unhappy with this. I come to Napa to drink a lot of delicious wine to buy back to use in my restaurant and last night I drank a lot because I have to admit that Napa is the best city to drink wine. Before I went to bed he read the policy of the stay that I could check out anytime before noon. But I was woken up 3 times today from 9 am until 11.15 am when I walked out of the room. I don't like being rushed on a rainy holiday morning like this. I have to admit that this is the only thing that made me unhappy with this hotel. Other than that everything was great.

Liked: Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. I liked that they had entertainment. The gym was well equipped. Pretty grounds.
Disliked: The elevator was located very far from our room. No one to help with the bags in a hotel that is very spread out. Awful building entry that didn't work on more than one occasion. Because of this difficulty the manger compensated me with a free one night room stay. More in building signs are needed to point to the lobby and elevator. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night.
