Liked: The room was dirty the carpet had stains on it so did the walls and ceiling my daughter was staying with her friend and left they was spoken to rudely I’m disgusted paying one hundred and forty four pounds, it was meant to be for a deluxe room with breakfast and use of the facilities which they wanted to use after work but they was shut u won’t be hearing the last of this

Disliked: Didnt feel like the accommodations was clean enough dust along the headboard mould in the shower bits on the floor like it hadn’t been hoovered and also marks all over the bedding

Disliked: Had to pay for the spa even though it’s advertised as a spa hotel. Had to pay for parking. No meals or snacks or anything included so overall expensive.
