Comfortable clean hotel with nice...

Liked: Location is perfect with everything in walking distance. Breakfast was good and a great selection. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It was hard to control the temperature in the room

Good service, super comfy beds,...

Liked: Fabulously comfortable and large bed.
Disliked: Shame breakfast and spa facilities extra

Liked: Beautiful building,staff were amazing, location was alright very up to date and nice
Disliked: Hot tap didn’t work on the bath,stains on the carpet,could hear the bars outside all night

Liked: The bed was lovely and comfortable and the room was spacious.
Disliked: The taps on the bath were loose, making running a bath difficult as every time you turned them, they just twisted. The cigar and library lounge were locked, not sure if you had to ask to be allowed to enter. We paid for breakfast, arrived at 10am and most of the hot breakfast was gone despite it being open until 11 am.
