Liked: The room, bathroom
Disliked: Hash browns not very crisp but were were right at the last min for breakfast. Spa needed to ask for cups and no bags for wet costums

Liked: Room was amazing extremely large, plugs by the bed was a bonus! Towels were huge and very soft. Staff were so friendly at every encounter. Excellent location, easy parking not too expensive at all.
Disliked: Mirrors were inconveniently placed, one in the bathroom and one by the door not so useful when trying to style hair with appliances. Only one sanitary bag in bathroom. Lighting was very dim

Perfect hotel in a perfect...

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Everything we wanted was in walking distance and not too far away! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, answer any questions we had. In particular the spa manager who was on the desk when we paid was so lovely! She had a chat with us about what brought us to Liverpool and made us feel so welcomed.
