Liked: We liked the room we got because it was clean and tidy, the bed was big and so was the tv. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Danny he was so accomodating.

Liked: Everything -Location, Room, Staff at Hotel, Drinks and fantastic breakfast- all the staff had smiles on their faces and were very helpful with any queeries etc

Very nice hotel staff and...

Liked: The breakfast choices were incredible
Disliked: Being charged more than the prices on the menu at the bar. And having to pay extra for the leisure facilities, but that was not mentioned when booking.

Rude staff very expensive low...

Liked: Location room size.
Disliked: Reception was understaffed Took credit card for extras but did not allow you to charge to the room. Spa and breakfast was extra even though the room charge was very expensive for Liverpool
