My family and I had a great time - the hotel was clean and staff was really customer friendly. I will revisit this place.

Disliked: Our room was right out the back of the property past the docking bay and the trash pick up area, through a second entrance that looked like a tradesmen’s way into the facility

Would never stay here again...

Liked: Good location, easy to get to wineries and places to eat.
Disliked: Old, worn, dirty in places. Not well maintained. Bar and restaurants only open later in the day. Terrible customer service. Worst hotel experience we've ever had. Staff was apathetic and easily bothered. Property was dirty, particularly the pool and lounge chairs. Towels were hard to get and not quickly replaced. We stayed for 6 nights and our room was cleaned twice, despite at checkout getting a flyer that said rooms are cleaned daily. No resolve when contacting management. We were promised points as an apology that were never received.

Posh Older Hotel in Rohnert...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, clean linens, nice view.
Disliked: I booked a room on the first floor due to mobility issues. We ended up in a room on the third floor, way down a corridor.

I will never stay at...

Disliked: Because it was on a golf course you have to pay a daily parking fee on top of the stay. I was overcharged on my deposit . There was a discrepancy of the original charge and what they reported to billing. Because of this and the non- cooperation of billing saying I was charged less. They charged me over 1700$ and tied up over 2300$ of my money for 31 days. The bank would not work with me neither would the hotel. I chose this place and we stayed for a week, I wanted to take my daughters somewhere nice after a difficult time in our life. We ended up living in the car for over 2 weeks because of this issue. Never again will I stay here or recommend the doubletree agin. You cause trauma to my family.

Uncomfortable.

Liked: Beautiful curb appeal and excellent location. Entrance and common areas were was nice as well.
Disliked: We booked a king room but when we arrived, were told they sold out of that room and they offered my husband and I a double...okay. Then, when we walked into our room, it was terribly hot and smelled entirely of curry - quite terrible and clearly not cleaned recently - the odor was just as bad if not worse than smoking. It's clear the room was used for a long term or extended stay. Some of the rooms even have doorbells for example. We did our best to air out the room but the intense smell was so overwhelming that it made our overnight stay TERRIBLE. We informed the front desk and nothing was done or offered.
