Very good

Liked: Nice hotel, ideally placed for Market district abd Riverside district. Great views of the river but very noisy. You could hear the traffic as if it was in the room but one of the downfalls of being central,

Compensation should be offered when...

Liked: The staff is very nice. They kept us informed when an incident happened. Staff can’t control mishaps but they knew how to handle it.
Disliked: The pipes burst and customers were without water for almost four hours.

Clean rooms, no water.

Liked: Staff was super friendly. Room very clean.
Disliked: We had plumbing issues. Stopped toilet when we got to the room. Had to ask three times over a few hours to have someone come fix it. Then there wasn't any water in the evening until around 10:30 p.m.

Close to riverfront. Great staff...

Liked: Great staff. Close to downtown attractions. Comfortable beds. Very clean.
Disliked: Needs some sprucing up. Peeling wallpaper in hallways. Elevator looks worn. Had no housekeeping until I reported it to the front desk.
