Liked: Its ok room even though not that great.
Disliked: Horrible parking..be prepared to have a scratched car if you use the hotel parking.

Liked: The room was very clean. The location was clean. The staff were nice.
Disliked: The shower was clogged.The blow dryer in the room did not work.The pool is on the fifth floor, and the bars on the first floor so as far as getting drinks to the pool was a challenge a challenge. The issues we had with the room, however, were corrected immediately.

Good hotel but not much...

Liked: Great location in Little Italy, a very nice neighbourhood. The room was big enough, clean and the bed was very good.
Disliked: It’s not very modern decorated and doesn’t have a warm feel. I wouldn’t have breakfast or diner and there is no room service

Beware of all the homeless...

Disliked: Parking structure is awful. Our vehicle wouldn’t fit in the parking structure, so we had to park in the lot across the street. Homeless people camping everywhere. We were afraid our vehicle was going to get broken into. My husband almost slept in our car out of fear of our belongings being stolen.
