Liked: I liked that the location was close to many major attractions in the city. I like that the parking garage also feels safe here.
Disliked: I didn't like rust all over the vent door over my shower. There were mold stains all over the caulking. This was like an old, run-down version of what I am used to when I stay at a Double Tree. When I say that name, the brand has always felt like luxury rolling off my tongue. And now, this stay at this location has made me question if I could ever see it that way again. I had to find a place in Austin today. And it was the first time in 28 years of non-stop traveling that I didn't immediately request to be put into a Double Tree. So, I know this stay impacted how I see the Double Tree brand.

Liked: The room beds and bathroom were nice
Disliked: Maybe a script for the trainee’s at the front desk to help them remember what information or greeting to give the guest’s At check in. Only to make an easier transition to get your room key after traveling.

Liked: Good sleep.. quiet
Disliked: Update prices and try not to seduce guests with parking and breakfast when it will actually cost them.. Make accessing internet easier.
