Very nice hotel, but under staffed.

Liked: Beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Checked in at 4:30 and room was still not available.

Liked: We were here for a dance event that was located inside the hotel property
Disliked: The pool was freezing which my plan was to occupy my other kid while my daughter was dancing all day in the pool but had to find other activities to keep her busy

We had a very nice...

Liked: Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The host was very kind and friendly.
Disliked: Our door was hard to open and close. Room 324.

Liked: Fast check in. Free cookie.
Disliked: No bottled water. Had to go out and buy some at local store. Morning staff standing around talking to other staff. Had to wait to turn in my key card.
