Disliked: I know they all do it anymore but it seems excessive to charge for parking when you are already paying for the hotel room.

Disliked: The area is a little sketchy. They charge $29 a night for parking but say not responsible for your car. They shouldn’t charge so much if they can’t keep a better eye on your car.

Disliked: Everything was very expensive. Breakfast, the bar, as someone with years and years in the service industry, the prices for food, coffee and drinks was exorbitant.

Frustrating experience

Disliked: During my recent stay, I encountered a profoundly frustrating issue regarding my accommodation payment. I was mistakenly double-charged, yet there was no proof of the double payment provided, and I did not receive any invoices to clarify the situation. This created a significant inconvenience, especially as I attempted to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, I could not secure a refund due to the unavailability of the financial team, and there were no managers on duty to assist me. This lack of support created a feeling of helplessness during my stay.Compounding my frustration was the demeanor of the front desk staff, which I found to be unprofessional and, on several occasions, rather rude. As a frequent traveler, both nationally and internationally, I have experienced various customer service levels. However, this incident stood out due to its alarming lack of responsibility and courtesy. Witnessing such a blatant disregard for professional conduct and customer care is disheartening. This experience seems to reflect deeper systemic issues within the organization rather than merely an issue of training or knowledge. There appears to be a troubling tolerance for behavior that falls short of guests' expectations. Simply improving staff training will not address this underlying problem; it highlights a pressing need for a fundamental shift in the culture of accountability and professionalism among the team. Addressing this issue is essential to prevent future guests from enduring similar experiences.

Liked: The breakfast was just ok, but most hotels the breakfast is free. The price that we had to pay for this hotel breakfast should of been included
Disliked: Our room you could hear all of the traffic/trains non stop and it was annoying
