Good location and good value.

Liked: Location was great. Room was very nice. Short walk to Starbucks. Hotel has a restaurant on-site. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Restaurant choices were a bit limited. Hotel room was nice but had just one very small garbage can (they sent me another larger one when I mentioned this.)

Disliked: Your elevators feel literally dangerous. They shake alot and make lots of bada noise. I probably did 490 stairs in 1 day. It is a bit out outdated given it the look of lower quality and the room carpets are visible dirty

We would consider staying again.

Liked: Location was a big deal for us. The bed and bedding were nice and comfy and we enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room was not as clean as we would have expected. It did not appear that the carpet had been vacuumed or the bathroom floor swept. There was a small pile of food crumbs behind the trash can and under the sink area. The body lotion container was empty, but we got by.

Liked: Had an all around great stay! Was just a place to catch some sleep for an early flight out. The staff was my best experience as they were the friendliest. Had one staff member check us in and then dealt with another staff member at checkout who was also very friendly. The shuttle driver was upbeat and made us feel like we weren’t bothering him. ( it was 3:30 am)
