Disliked: I left a therapeutic pillow in the room, and I called a few hours after leaving the room and they told me that there was nothing, even though I was 100% sure that I had left it in the room.

Overnight for event

Liked: It’s a beautiful property and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. We had an event in the ballroom and the food and service was excellent.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: The facility is wonderful setting around a lot of business
Disliked: Rooms could have been a lot cleaner and bed is not really comfortable and stained

Liked: We loved the pool and the interior.
Disliked: The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable, we both woke up with back and neck pain each morning. We also called down for pillows twice and never received more.

Liked: On site bar / restaurant. No carpet in rooms is great!
Disliked: The room was so dark. We turned on every light in the room, and it was still too dark to get ready anywhere but the bathroom.
