Additional fees for WiFi ($9.95), parking ($15), and no refrigerator (another extra fee we didn't even check out) were excessive, adding to overall cost. Proximity to Seaworld was a plus. Staff very helpful and accommodating and rooms were exceptionally clean.

Liked: Amenities on property were accessible.
Disliked: We had booked and prepaid for a king bed room, we arrived early and they still gave us the wrong room which was a double queen. There was stains on bed sheets, and when we returned from the first night of our event there was bugs everywhere (the walls, floors, and mattress) so we contacted the front desk the next day since it was so late and they said they didn’t have a king room available until a later time, by that point we had to leave for the second day of our event, so they offered us a $50 credit to spend?!?!? Was deeply disappointed as me and my family always stay at all Hilton branches and this was by far my worst experience.

Liked: Good location, very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: If you don’t stay in the tower, you are basically getting a “motel room” experience, not a hotel experience. The room air conditioner had that stinky, musty smell, and the mattress was definitely low-end “econo“, one of the least comfortable beds I’ve slept on in years. It felt like a Motel 6 with a Doubletree sign out front.
