Nice staff, hotel rooms need...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful and even organised a shuttle bus to the airport. Location was good too, close to the airport.
Disliked: The room was a bit tatty overall. The aircon unit was very old and smelly and the plumbing was noisy through the night. Also we asked for receipts to be send to us and they've never sent them. I also asked for receipts via Booking.com and we've not received anyway.
