Disliked: The colour of the surrounding moat looked horrible grey colour

Disliked: Bathroom was filthy really terrible mould on the shower and clearly not been cleaned, I received a text from the reception to ask if the room was ok and when I replied that it wasn’t that the bathroom was dirty I as advised that I should have hold them the night before, I arrived late I was tired and just wanted to go to bed…how about you do your job and inspect the rooms before letting guests stay in them this wasn’t just something that has just happened the bathrooms have clearly been dirty for a while …..dreadful attitude of the person who responded too they should be apologising and putting it right not having attitude particular as I had stayed there a few times recently ….clearly they don’t appreciate loyalty and guest returning ….Ive taken my custom to another hotel since
