Niagara falls double tree.

Liked: Poop under bathroom sink cleaning lady wouldn't clean it up. We were staying two days so I put don't come in room sign on door maid didn't knock for clean towels I took dirty to her she would hand me clean ones..she stated she's bring them to me 3.5hrs later had to call front desk for towels. Paid for balcony didn't get one.

It was fine and okay

Liked: Location to Niagara state park.
Disliked: The restroom. It wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Plastic bag for bins wasn’t provided. Shower gel was almost empty and was not refilled while we were away after I ask assistance from one of the staff. No hangers provided.

10/10 views and location! Nice...

Liked: Great views! Ask for king room on river side for best view! 15 minutes walk to the falls and all main attractions!
Disliked: Sneaky parking charges we were not informed of anywhere. $15 a day is harsh considering the cost to stay already. Management should review this.

Liked: Clean comfortable room. Walking distance to restaurants, casino, and of course the water falls. Quiet neighborhood with not much activity. You can hear the falls from the back of the hotel.
Disliked: No complaints
