Expensive not so great

Liked: 24hrs shuttle service to airport
Disliked: When I got home they charged me $15. On my credit card for Starbucks which I never used and I didn’t even know there was a Starbucks at hotel and got double charged for 2 water bottles from their vending machine in lobby. I have ask for video footage for the Starbuck charge to prove I never went there. Also very very low standards for a doubletree hotel and I’ve stayed in a few around the world.

Good stay, will return

Disliked: Rooms show signs of wear, tried room service but could never get an answer

Think twice about the double...

Liked: The only warm things about the hotel is the cookies they serve upon check in. I don’t like anything else. It’s a lot this hotel can improve on and way better options out there.
Disliked: It’s dirty, noisy, and far away,I had blood on a foot mat that was not mines, that’s disgusting and unsanitary. . It’s LOTS of better options out there. And a big thing I did not like is they don’t clean your room everyday I only had my roomed cleaned one time, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. Despite them saying it’s daily cleaning service. And the cleaning lady had an attitude once I asked her may she please clean the room cause it hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, they had children jump and screaming in the pool. Was very hard to rest. They don’t clean the rooms daily, it’s horrible.The hotel staff who deals with the breakfast was rude, didn’t communicate properly concerning breakfast. She never seated us didn’t come to inform us about sitting, we had no clue. She turned a simple situation into a big one. Also they charge a $350 damage charge but the room I had look damaged already, rust all over the tub. Underneath the sink was gross. I don’t recommend the hotel to anyone I have videos it’s not allowing me to post, but I do have one of the blood on the foot mat, didn’t see it until I turned it over.

Superb

Liked: We liked the location, the hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was spectacular. The room was fine.
Disliked: We don't like that we had to pay for parking inside the hotel. It should already be included for guests.

Hotel is fine for layover...

Liked: The food we had although limited selection was good
Disliked: Room with a view was the room type, windows don’t appear to be cleaned often and really wasn’t a view, it was a room higher up. Transport links aren’t great if you plan to venture into New York - an uber to the train station seemed the best option - you’d be better staying at the hotel next to the train station if this is your plans. No robes provided or changing facilities for the pool or gym in the area.

Liked: The hotel was very spacious. Pool looked nice. Lobby very clean and open. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Unfortunately there were some other guests who smoked pot in their room and I had to alert the front desk. They organized getting us a change of room right away because it was coming through the vents. The staff handled it efficiently. But because of those smoking guests it added time to what we needed to do that night because we had to change rooms.
