Comfortable beds and pillows are...

Liked: Location is superb. Can walk to Times Square, Empire state, Rockefeller etc. Close to Penn Station.The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff are wonderful and passionate about their jobs. I'd like to thank and congratulate these amazing people, Bryan, Janna A, Diana, Jimema, Alejandro for checking on us, asking us, how they can make our visit special. Even Jairo who took us to LA Guardia was on time to pick us up.Free coffee is appreciated. Thank you from Luz and family. ROOM 1909.
Disliked: I could have given a perfect score, but the sink is not draining properly. We set up already all toiletries and found out the slow drain. I could have called but my family say it was OK.Also the floor was so dusty..and tables and TV. At least the sheets were clean. After a day of adventure in NYC, we deserve a clean room.

OK for a short stay

Liked: Great location and staff went above and beyond.
Disliked: Hotel was tired and old, there's others in the area that are better value and newer. The lifts are commented on by all guests.. they take forever as there's only 2 small lifts and no service lift, so constantly used by staff.

Disliked: Loud noise that went on all day and night. Couldn't sleep at all and was irritating all day.
