Do not book this hotel...

Liked: Location of Hotel
Disliked: The Lifts are an absolute joke. Had I known that there was only 1 room working I would never have booked this Hotel. My Wife is disabled and had to risk the stairs on a number of occasions. This was a major health and safety issue.

quick trip

Liked: it's close to the subway, has restaurants close by, they give you cookies at check in, seems perfect to me.
Disliked: room was a bit small, but no complaints.

Liked: I loved the friendly people at reception, the lovely chilled water, our room was nice & clean
Disliked: At the time we were there one of the lifts werent working. This became a bit if an issue however reception was able to give us a room on a lower floor.

Good location and cosy rooms...

Liked: Central location
Disliked: One elevator out of service, remaining elevator very small so long waits, 15 mins each time to get in or out

The restaurant appearance looks old!

Liked: Staffs are friendly.
Disliked: The garden before entering the hotel looks a bit old. Should enhance the appearance by adding more plants and have the chairs & table replace. Basically make it more lively.

Liked: Staff, location, cleanliness
Disliked: One of the 2 elevators were down which made for a long wait to get down from the 26th floor.

Worst hotel in the area!...

Disliked: The elevator was broken. it took forever to get in and out of our room.
