Convenient location and solid service!

Liked: This was my third time staying at this hotel. I was visiting NYC for an event nearby, so this hotel was conveniently located near where I needed to be. The service in the lobby was great, very helpful. The room, though small, had everything my brother and I needed for our one-night stay. Over all, a good value for the price!
Disliked: This didn't happen this time, but last time we stayed over, the floor in our room was wet/leaking. I had complained about this to management then. This issue didn't happen to us this time, thankfully.

Liked: The staff was exceptional. Always with a smile, willing to help and make the experience a very good one.

Liked: There was a bed, and the heating worked.
Disliked: The room and bathroom were not clean, and they did not clean them. We asked for a second blanket, and they had a huge trouble doing so. The water wasn't hot.The location was not good.

Very good stay, great room...

Liked: Great location. Big room for manhattan. Comfy bed, a bathtub, good tv with lots of channels and options. Better than other Doubletree locations in the manhattan area.
Disliked: Even 20 floors up at night you can hear loud noise and vibrations from what sounds like the subway and the doors on our floor were very loud opening and other guests being quite noisy late at night in the hallway with their door opening and closing a lot but not much the hotel can do about that.

Disliked: - the room plan is weird, my room stay in the corner nearby the fire exit. I heard EVERYTHING even the open and close the door sound and it’s very noisy. Sometimes I heard people FIGHT since 8:30am. Cleaning staff knocked my room since 9 am every morning for no reason. Check-out time is 11 am she didn’t have any reason to wake me up since 9 am.
