The hotel is only a short walk to Bridgestone Arena. Staff was very accommodating. Beds and pillows are delicious.

Liked: We arrived at this beautiful building not sure what to do or how to do it. Valet parkers came right to my car and took over unloading our baggage and assisting us on where to go. Once we were inside to register for our room Shalonda just took over and made it a very pleasant quick registration. She gave us hot chocolate chip cookies that were delicious. Our room had water and snacks for us.

Generally, nice hotel but for the price we paid for one night they could spend a little more money to make sure the rooms have everything a person needs to store food and beverages.

Liked: The location is nice because of walking distance to the strip and music venue.
Disliked: There was no microwave or fridge. No extra blankets. The parking price was way overpriced for only one night.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Took 5 teens to Maroon 5 concert at the Bridgestone and spent the night at Doubletree hotel. The valets were very polite, service desk was helpful in every way. Rooms were outstanding, will definitely be going back!

My daughter and I stayed there for the Aerosmith concert at the Bridgestone Arena. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the valets. The room was very nice and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting downtown Nashville.
