Liked: the breakfast was bad, the price and some of the food was overcooked.

Liked: staff are very nice and friendly. breakfast was good.
Disliked: cleanliness needs to be improved. bathroom was not clean. A hair dryer was very sticky and nasty.

Great Staff in Aged Facility

Liked: Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Shower head too low and not adjustable for tall person. Unacceptable.

All in all I would...

Liked: The location was spot-on for the area we were visiting, and the staff was very friendly. My room was in a great location, so I could take my dog outside when needed. Considering the overbooking issue, it was comfortable.
Disliked: I booked a double room for myself and my daughter, but someone called because of an overbooking problem, so she had to sleep on a rollaway bed, which was somewhat inconvenient for us. And the breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing.
