Disliked: Antiquaeted bathroom with dated shower system . request for suitcases assistance with desk telephone contact ignored and unanswered on at least 12 times requiring to eventually face desk to comply with request

Liked: The airport shuttle was a really nice and handy touch. the room was very spacious, if a little bit dated in deco. It served its purpose. The breakfast buffet was good and had a bit of everything. It should have been explained earier that the buffet isn't available on Weekdays though as that was a bit of an unhappy surprise.
Disliked: I didn't like the pet friendly environment. I didn't see any notice of this on the site before booking,
