It was absolutely amazing!

Liked: The convenience of the place, the area was very comfortable. Everyone was accommodating.
Disliked: Maybe needs a bit of improvement in food options during breakfast.

Excellent comfortable stay in Melbourne...

Liked: Pleasant helpful staff, lovely bar and breakfast area with an excellent breakfast. The room was small but perfectly adequate and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and amenities.Carpark closeby within short walking distance. Enjoyed our stay would stay again .

Liked: The room was cozy and so quiet. Couldn’t hear anything at all considering we are across from a busy train station. The cookie on arrival was delicious. The lady who sat us down for breakfast was delightful! I felt like I wasn’t in Melbourne and like I was overseas in a resort with how beautiful her customer service was. The bathroom was also immaculately clean. The pillows were also very comfy.

Disliked: Carpets old and dusty Applied for upgrade but didn’t get notification before arrived and then charged extra at checkout for a room because it had a window facing a wall ? Asked about it as it was intimated when I applied for upgrade that the window looked out at Flinders street ???? Nothing offered so had to pay extra $60 + per night !
