Liked: I liked everything from this hotel, the wellcome, the room, the service and cleaning of the room, the breakfast, the dinner, the smile from the staff.Also plenty of place to park.
Disliked: Nothing to mention.

Great staff, awful stay.
Liked: Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Free warm cookies was amazing.
Disliked: My keycard didn’t work 3 times in a row. So I constantly had to go up and down 3 floors with different keycards. This wasted about 30 minutes of my time in california. In the gym locker room, I was ready for a hot shower. It was extremely cold when I turned on the tap, I waited 10 minutes for the shower to warm up. It was still fridged cold. Went up to front desk and she had to turn a switch on to access hot waters in the gym lockers. Showers and gym locker room was severely outdated and there was a bug in the shower. I had to shower with my eyes open the whole time. I included a photo.

Liked: Room is big area.Sofa can be sofa bed.Location is ok.it has staff parking for you.you not park by yourself.but need to pay parking fee.it's good location but a bit danger.
Disliked: breakfast not variety.it has hand made waffle by yourself.poor quality but ok.American breakfast style. room not service everyday.you need to asking towel for the day not cleaning.
