Liked: We traveled to London in January 2025 and stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London – Marble Arch. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from Oxford Street, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.A particularly impressive moment was when my son accidentally left his keys behind in the hotel room after we checked out. The hotel staff (Jersie) promptly located the keys and arranged to have them mailed back to our home address, which we truly appreciated. Their responsiveness and care really stood out and added a personal touch to our experience.Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

Great location and value

Liked: Staff were warm and welcoming and the hotel was in a great location. The room provided was very good value for money considering it’s in central london. I would stay here again no problem. Only issue was their was no on site parking

Liked: It was in the location I needed to be.
Disliked: Price of beer. Price of breakfast. It was a bit tired looking and grubby in the room.

Expensive for what you get.

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: The rooms are tiny. Really just rent seeking activity. The bedrooms could be twice the size and they’d still be too small.
