Very convenient and good place...

Liked: Location, good amenities and lovely breakfast
Disliked: Thin duvet…. I was cold and no spare blanket. Staff shut the bar at 10.25pm and we had to be very assertive to get them to serve us one round of drinks. The bar staff were arguing with each other which made it a bad atmosphere.

Dirty hotel in need of...

Liked: The location is good , between angel and king cross station
Disliked: The facility is old, cleaning is unacceptable , toilettes of the rooms are not usable without without getting everything wet.

Very enjoyable

Liked: Decoration was modern, bathroom washing dents smelt good and were lovely to use and excellent location.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft and there was no alternative to choose from.The milk was not replenished after room service.

Great hotel and location will...

Liked: This was our 4th stay at this hotel and we find it a great place to stay for our trips to Arsenal so location is perfect rooms are all well appointed and spotless
Disliked: We were given a room that had an interconnected door and could hear the people in this room at 6am in the morning using hair dryer!
