Overall, it was a good...

Liked: We liked the room - it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and the staff were also very helpful and friendly. We chose the hotel mainly for the location and indeed, it is convenient for whatever point in London you want to go to.
Disliked: 1. Breakfast - there weren't a lot of options, it was the same all three days we were there. The plates available were often times not clean enough, as I suppose staff were in a hurry.2. The rooms are not sound-proof at all! It's not only the noise we heard from the corridors (also walking down the corridors you could hear other people inside their rooms), but the walls are also super thin. The second night we could hear a whole conversation coming through the wall from the other room and even at times (not sure what the lady was doing) the headboard of our bed shook!3. Elevators - The elevators routinely didn't work, and by that I mean that the key cards that need to be inserted to call the elevators almost never did the job, so most times we had to wait for someone to come down from the upper floors, so we could get in.

Disliked: Noise from outside cleaning opposite rooms being woken up at 8 to 9am due to doors smalling and nonstop noise.
