Very good

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good. We have stayed here before and this is why we selected it again but unfortunately the service was not as good.
Disliked: I got locked on the bathroom which was frightening. I reported it and was assured someone would come. This never happened. Nobody asked how I managed to get out or at least checked on me other what seemed like an automated apology without actually fixing the issue. This will happen to someone else.

Disliked: The water current in the shower was too small

Perfect hotel for a mini...

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip; very convenient and really close to the nearest tube station (Angel).The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Service was prompt and efficient.The hotel was very clean.The Christmas decorations were classy and it felt lovely and festive.Breakfast was great; plenty of choice.
Disliked: Nothing!

Comfortable but frustrating

Liked: The position - had access to many bars and restaurants
Disliked: It had hairs in the bathroom sink and the reception check in was extremely slow - 25 minutes to be exact

Good hotel but overpriced

Liked: Location
Disliked: Overpriced £145 for a small room, I think breakfast could be added for this high price. Cleaner woke me up vacuuming early in the morning.
