Great location but very uncomfortable...

Liked: The location was perfect and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable we didn’t have one good night sleep.Also the TV was positioned to the right of the bed, this meant we were unable to watch it unless hurting our necks. Not Ideal and worthless having a TV.

5 Nights Stay!

Liked: Location, food at Urban Meadow restaurant, the staff at the restaurant are so friendly.
Disliked: Queen Room is very very small, dimensions of the room are not mentioned in the website, bed is not comfortable at all. Reception staff are not friendly at all and they need some training in customer care and support, even when thanked one of them for bringing water to our room he didn’t reply or smile! They don’t care if you are not happy or you have issue (except 2 staff we met at first day). Water bottles are not free except first day!

Liked: Comfortable beds and has parking and is in a good location.
Disliked: Very noisy room as it was near to reception and doors were constantly banging. Tea and milk & toilet roll wasn't replenished after room had been cleaned. We had to ask several times to get some. No kettle in the room upon arrival again had to ask a couple of times before we got one! Have stayed here previously, but service was not as good this time round, unfortunately.
