Hotel was lovely!!

Liked: The parking was not clear, I never got an email confirmation so I couldn’t check or amend my booking. I’ve found out 3 days later that my parking expired, this feels unfair and out of my control. Please help

Great Hotel with Easy Access...

Liked: We liked the quiet room and friendly staff. The hotel is very up-to-date and well run. The location was nicely situated near quiet Hyde Park, but close to tube stations and restaurants. Getting to attractions around London was easy from here.
