Lovely weekend away in London

Liked: Really enjoyed our stay here. It was right by Hyde park which was great. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you so much.

Disliked: Only minor issue was a faint smell that lingered in the corridors most likely due to the work being done to renovate carpets and walls. Apologies for such were printed and displayed

Wonderful staff in great location.

Liked: The property is conveniently located, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But I can’t say enough about how welcoming and helpful the staff are. Fransisco, Cian and the team is simply the best I have come across in recent years in central London.
Disliked: The sound insulation is not that great and rooms can be too small. However that is true for many central London hotels.

Liked: It was a beautiful room in a great location. The warm cookie on check-in was the icing on the cake.

Liked: I thought the location was perfect and was shocked at how reasonable the price was for how close to the main attractions. The warm cookies were a lovely touch too.
Disliked: Our room was located near the lift which meant that at peek times the corridor could be loud and you could here the ding from the bell within the lift. If we were staying any longer I would have requested to move room.
