Exceptional views comfortable room.

Liked: Fantastic greeting as we were guest of the day. Wonderful views. Very clean comfortable room.
Disliked: TV didn’t work in the room and staff didn’t seem bothered to the point of being quite rude.

We couldn’t fault the hotel...

Liked: It was very close to public transport so we could go out and about quite easily.

Terrible

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: They false advertised their rooms and I was charged over £50 for a room with a balcony and once I got to the hotel they claimed they have no balcony room available. Told me my parking will be complimentary due to the inconvenience. They refused to refund me and never ended up getting free parking. The reception staff were rude and no help at all, the room was filthy and I ended getting bitten by something?? I used to stay here quite often and safe to say I will never be back!

Comfort and luxury at an...

Liked: Found the breakfast expensive, however the quality of the food was outstanding, the selection of food was exceptional. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have been extended untill 12.
Disliked: The hotel in its self was great, the parking was very expensive.
