Nice stay

Disliked: The room was not great - smaller and had no view As a frequent traveler and Hilton honors member, I usually get an upgrade but the staff member at the counter did not seem interested in any conversation - This may affect return customers as other chains take very good care of their patrons and returning customers. May be a problem with this particular individual as it is usually not the norm for Hilton.

Liked: The breakfast was lovely and the room was clean and tidy and the complimentary ferry was a lovely new experience
Disliked: The bathroom was tiled floor which was very cold especially evening and early morning with no way that we could find of warming the room up.

It was a good stay

Liked: Front of house was absolutely lovely and amazing! This was a return visit so we enjoyed our stay before and came back again. The location is easy to get into central London and the hotel is often cheaper than competitors but still has a classy feel. The beds are always nice and comfortable.
Disliked: There was blood on the shower curtain and something brown on the towel. We did notify the hotel about this the morning after and they were apologetic and handled things really well. We as always kept super calm and wasn’t too bothered but the small details can count so we raised them up.
