Liked: Comfortable large room
Disliked: Staff not very engaging. The room size was good but we were stuck on the side where there were air-conditioning fans, so there is a constant humming noise. Emailed to ask for an invoice for our stay but still waiting

Good location for Minecraft...

Liked: Was a great location for the Minecraft experience... With the bus stop over the road... The ferry was really helpful to get over to the cranary wharf...the room felt really out of the way and needed some attention..with a poor flush on the loo...the breakfast was superb.. staff really knowledgeable

Not happy at all

Liked: I had very bad experience at Hilton hotel. I have travelled to many but never this bad.
Disliked: The shower kept on flooding the bath. Toilet wasn't flushing, had to flush around 12 times
