Enjoyable

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Although the ferry across the Thames was a good feature, the location was a bit too far away from central London.

Wouldn’t go back. Didn’t live...

Liked: Good location, the breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: The room was very small and cold. There was moss/mould growing around the balcony doors. Lots of condensation on them. The sheets had stains on them. They had clearly been washed, but the stains were old and visible. Not what I’d expect from a Hilton.
