Liked: The added bonus of the river boat to canary wharf included
Disliked: Feather pillows and duvet as standard. Who does that these days?Not enough provision for gluten free option on arrival. Room layout was terrible. Lift felt like it would break any minute

Liked: Accommodation lovely - bar was expensive - didn’t eat there
Disliked: Being charged over £10 for a baileys but the bar manager was very understanding and made it right

It was amazing as always

Liked: The views are breathtaking ALWAYS. I can’t ever complain about the amazing views of the rooms.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn’t clean, I only stayed a night for a business meeting in the morning but I was disappointed with the bathroom.
