Liked: Loved the location on the waterfront.The breakfast was exelent with loads of choice. the room was comfortable and the staff very pleasant, what more would you need.
Disliked: The carpets on the landings looked a little dirty, i guess this is due to the light colour and the amount of traffic it has to take.

Disliked: We couldn’t park at the parking on site but it’s £7 more expensive per day than the parking they sent us to! There was basically no window in the room. This made it very stuffy. This was not in the description and not what we expect for a “deluxe” room.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and...

Liked: Original booking was for 4 females travelling for a Birthday outing. Unfortunately one could not attend, we asked if we could have rooms near to each other. The receptionist who dealt with us, moved us to an interconnecting room so that one of us what not left separated yet still had our privacy.
Disliked: Nothing particularly at the hotel. The only thing that was disappointing was a much higher price being quoted online for a return visit later in the year.

Liked: The Restaurant for both breakfast and evening meal were very good
Disliked: Bed was so uncomfortable and we were put in a room with adjoining doors and the next door occupants were extremely noisy all night on their phones and television very loud
