Poor

Liked: Location of the hotel.
Disliked: The room wasn't value for money, wasn't clean properly. Tiles on the bathroom floor loose and grout coming away. Hair grip left on the floor so this wasn't cleaned properly. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Bed bowed in the middle which led to an uncomfortable nights sleep. I would not class the room as a king sized room.

Disliked: Car parking wasn’t big enough Heating very poor had to phone reception several times Wardrobe door hanging on by one hinge Carpets could do with a clean Noice at night had to report to reception people knocking on our door at 12,30 at night after a Christmas party
