Overall my stay was OK. I was very disappointed about the charge/money issue.

Liked: The front desk clerk was very nice and professional. The hotel was nice and clean. Comfy beds. And when I was able to grab food, it was very tasty.
Disliked: I love hotels but I was a bit disappointed with: 1) The half shower door/wall. It made my shower time a bit chilly. 2) my family and I couldn't get breakfast until 7am which I'm used to, but girls starting at 6am and my kids had to be at the track by 7:30. 3) which is a HUGE thing, upon reservations the clerks do not inform you of the extra $20/night for incidentals. I purposely was putting the exact amount on my card and I wouldn't have been able to get my room had I not called back and talked to two different people. That's an issue for folks coming from out of town.

Overall experience was okay. One day when we had to call for towels they weren't clean. Fortunately, we were given more than enough, so we did not use the unclean ones.

Liked: Checking in and checking out was pleasant. Hotel and room was clean. Looked nice.
Disliked: Every evening we had to call for replacement towels. Coffee, condiments and water were not replaced.

Nice clean, comfortable, accomodations, but...

Liked: Rooms were clean, no odors, very comfortable. Property felt very safe.
Disliked: Restaurant service and quality not very good, Friday night, restaurant not to capacity but nice size crowd, staff seemed overwhelmed and food and drinks not good.

Liked: Nice hotel and location
Disliked: Service wasn't the best ice machines did not work. Fire pit did not work

Very good

Liked: I loved how the hotel was clean and the night manager was lovely. The room was PERFECT. My son's loved the room. The beds were AMAZING. My son's had a BALL in the pool.
Disliked: I didn't like that breakfast had to be paid for after I spent $515 for the room and the hotel host told me that breakfast was included I didn't like how much the snacks were.

It was a beautiful clean...

Liked: There were no pancakes or waffles. So all I ate was fruit.
Disliked: Free breakfast.

Not worth the money

Liked: It was okay, at good location.
Disliked: It was old, not as expected as the pictures. When we checked in, there was no shower gel :/ when we called reception she was helpless, said that she cant help as she needs to be available at reception and that it will be sent to us in the morning. Our experience was very disappointing with this type of behaviour from hotel with good reputation.
