They stole $400 from me....

Liked: They stole $400 from me. I forgot about it, I complained and they didn't help me. There is no microwave in the room. There is no laundry room.

Disliked: We ate in the restaurant a couple times and planned to leave a large tip at the end of our stay, rather than every time. On our last night the server “misplaced” our bill, which we had signed for. They presented us a new bill with an additional 20% on top, which they had added themselves for tip. We felt very disappointed that they had lied.We also paid for breakfast in our room reservation, we ate our breakfasts (2 days)and then the staff told us we had not included breakfast and told us we would have to pay for 2 days worth of breakfast again, on top of what we paid. We disputed for a good 20 minutes, they were adamant they would not let us go without paying. They finally agreed that we had already paid.I would not stay again for this reason or recommend.
