Disliked: Room got very warm. My grandson as allergic and asthma, not sure if the filter in the air conditioner affected him. He had an asthma issue. Please have the filters checked.

Pleasant and convenient location that...

Liked: The room is large with an extra large, comfortable chair. The pool space is very well equipped with lounge chairs and areas in the shade. There are several newspapers available. The staff is helpful.
Disliked: The restaurant on location had only carry out food. The ice machine wasn't in operation on our floor. The clerk at the desk did not offer us bottles of water, which are available for free, we were told of the availability of water from the server proving the carry-out food.

I would stay at others...

Liked: The showers had great pressure. The linens were clean and smelled fresh. I appreciated not having to pay for parking.
Disliked: A $40.00/night incidental charge is not mentioned while booking with third party companies. I wish this was mentioned. Although it was a huge inconvenience, I only could imagine someone traveling on a budget and having to find an extra expense that wasn't initially budgeted could be a hassle for others. Also, some of the structure was hanging off the wall. The TV didn't work in the first room we were in, and when I asked for another room, it was almost as if I was inconveniencing the front staff. As if they didn't believe me that the TV was on but the screen was black.
