Disliked: Staff was rude Facilites were dirty there were cob webs in the room.Curtains were dirty Aesthetics were sad The bed wad uncomftable and made sounds All in all never gonna be with double tree .i have been staying in your facilities but both chelsea and edinburg eap was a big disappointment

Liked: The staff were amazing and dealt with the issues we had like true professionals. Room was large and comfortable, location great. Facilities good.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was a private party in the Sky Bar when we stayed. We could hear everything. Raised to staff who escalated and offered a room change we declined because we were already in bed. We had a disturbed night but the staff dealt with this impeccably and sorted a way to compensate us very promptly. Would stay again in the future. Thanks for being brilliant.

Great location, excellent staff
Liked: Staff were very polite, helpful, and positive. Excellent customer service. Before I arrived they were also very polite and responsive to any message I sent. I was happy there was a gym on site, and the room I was in was pretty cool! The hotel is very well situated, and the warm cookie on arrival is a plus. When my partner arrived to the hotel after I had checked in, staff checked that he was a resident...which I love to see happening as it feels safe that staff are keeping an eye on who comes in. The room was a nice temperature.
Disliked: There was a fairly distinct damp/mildew smell in the room, even after airing it out a lot. The buildings in Edinburgh are so old, so this is common, but I think I would have asked to change rooms if I was staying more than one night.
