Disliked: It’s an older building yes .. maybe a remodel to get some of the old things replaced!

Liked: Location was the deciding factor. Disappointed with the low water level, but that’s not something you can change. The place is always comfortable and clean.
Disliked: A ramp really needs to be installed in the North side. We were able to lift our suitcases but some people cannot and need a ramp closer to where they park. Also, drinks in bar are not great and cost like they should be

Liked: This hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to the Durango & Silverton Train Depot, as well as several restaurants and shops. The staff keep it very clean and comfortable, and it has a lodge feeling to it which we liked. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing!
