Liked: The front desk person, was really nice and accommodating when we decided to extend our stay. Didn't have to switch rooms and breakfast was a really nice touch!!
Disliked: Pillows were not supportive...to squishy

Disliked: Bathroom toilet overflowed.After maintenance repair, Wasn't able to get floors cleaned so we could shower or continue to use bathroom.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The first room I was in the remote did not work to the TV. I called the front desk and they changed my room. In the new room, the remote would work to turn on the TV but not change the channel. I also had issues with the thermostat not working.

Poor
Disliked: This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. I was afraid to turn the shower on since everything felt like it was going to fall apart. The water went everywhere out from the shower-head. Most things are really warn down. The bed cuties have several holes in them. The sheets and towels have holes in them. Some of the towels in the room wasnt clean. The sink had hair in it when I when in to use it for the first time. I was just staying the one night and arrived tired and only wanted to go to bed. So I didnt make any fuss. But I will not come back here unless they renovate the place.
