I asked three times for towels before I got them. Air conditioner not working properly.

Liked: Restaurant front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful.
Disliked: Bed was too low to the ground. We had to keep asking for towels. Shower leaked on the floor.

Room was wonderful. Large, neat and well set out. Service was great. Staff was excellent and very helpful. We travel more each year. From this point forward, we will seek out the nearest Doubletree. Thank you so much.

Disappointing

Disliked: Poor customer service from front desk staff. Restaurant / cleaners made an effort but number of frontline staff were not engaged, gave misinformation & poor service particularly when considering rate paid. Suspect poor culture.
