I asked three times for towels before I got them. Air conditioner not working properly.

Liked: Restaurant front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful.
Disliked: Bed was too low to the ground. We had to keep asking for towels. Shower leaked on the floor.

The hotel was beautiful. Customer service was great! I would definitely come back and stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was wonderful. Large, neat and well set out. Service was great. Staff was excellent and very helpful. We travel more each year. From this point forward, we will seek out the nearest Doubletree. Thank you so much.

Liked: Very nice property. Only 20 minutes from Downtown. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: A little overpriced. Plumbing wasn’t very good. Cleaning lady was knocking on our door like an hour before checkout which was a little annoying.
